Pilaf Saga
Dragonball starts off as Gokou a boy meets Bulma, Bulma hit Gokou with her car suprising Gokou and his fish aren't injured at all. Bulma then explains to Gokou what dragonballs are, Gokou tells Bulma he has a dragonball it also has a four star on it. Gokou refuses to give up the dragonball so he decides to join Bulma for the dragonballs. During there journies Gokou and Bulma make tons of friends including Oolong, Yamcha, Master Roshi, Chi-Chi and the Ox King. Later in the series Gokou and co. battle Pilaf during this battle Gokou turns Oozaru form destroying Pilaf's Castle.
Red Ribbon Saga
During this series Gokou goes under training with Master Roshi, later Kuririn joins Gokou in training. Master Roshi teaches Gokou and Kuririn the unbeleivable Kamehameha. Later Gokou gets trained again by Karin, but this time his training was to defeat Dr. Gero.
Piccolo Daimou Saga
The series kicks off with Gokou entering the Tenkaichi Budokai tournament, during this tournament Gokou meets Tien and Chaotsu. The final match is Gokou and Tien, Goku loses in the battle. After the battle Kuririn is murdered, Goku starts to look for the killer. Meantime Piccolo-Daimou is causing terror around the world. In a battle with Piccolo-Daimou, Tien is about to die. Suddenly Gokou arives and defeats Piccolo-Daimou. Before Piccolo-Daimou dies he dies giving birth. Knowing that Piccolo-Daimou gave birth Master Roshi trains Gokou. At the next tournament Gokou defeats Piccolo, only to spare his life at the end. At the end of the series Gokou and Chi-Chi get married.
